King County Department of Community and Human Services, Seattle Human Services Department, United Way of King County, Seattle Housing Authority and King County Housing Authority are pleased to announce a Request for Proposals process as part of the Fall 2010 King County Combined Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). Approximately $10.65 million for Services, Operating Support, and Rental Assistance, and up to 90 Section 8 subsidies are available to be linked to non time-limited housing for people experiencing homelessness in King County.

  • Location: New Holly Learning Center (7054 32nd Ave. South, Seattle, WA 98118)

Applicants are encouraged, but not required to attend. Shortly following the workshop, “Commonly Asked Questions and Answers” regarding the application guidelines and forms will be posted on the King County website.

Application Due Date: Monday, October 4, 2010 at 4:00 pm

Applications are due to King County HCD on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (Note: this due date is later than listed in the 2010 Combined NOFA announcement posted in July). Applications will not be received after this deadline.
