Congratulations to Carlina Brown for being recognized as a Champion of Change by the White House for her work with the Rainier Beach High School PTSA.

Carlina was invited to participate in a series of events including a panel discussion at the White House on Friday, August 10, 2012, along with other members and leaders of PTSAs from across the nation.
