Join Communities Uniting Rainier Beach(CURB) in a Report Back from the Community’s Pre-Arrest Diversion Programs and a Criminal Justice Teach-In! CURB is a pre-arrest diversion program operated by POCAAN (People of Color Against AIDS Network) and is supported by an advisory group made up of community members and representatives from sponsoring organizations. The program serves the Rainier Valley/Rainier Beach neighborhoods by providing direct services to young adults aged 18-24.
