The RB Coalition is moving to the next stage of its development by forming a Stewardship Group or Residents Council made up of Rainier Beach residents. The RB Residents Council will make sure that there is follow through on the priorities set at the RB Town Hall Meeting in January.

The RB Coalition will continue to conduct the Town Hall Meeting, the Back2School Bash and monthly Action Team Meetings. Through the RB Residents Council, residents will be assigned to each of the six action areas – Transportation, Family Life, Public Safety, Economic Development and the Environment. The RB Residents Council will be watch dogs, resource leveragers and implement projects.

Meetings are on the fourth Wednesday of each month, at 6:30 pm at the Rainier Beach Community Center.
