In our pursuit of Environmental Justice, redefining our environment as not just the natural environment, but also where we work, worship, play and live. We believe in a world that respects communities’ histories and cultures, and that uplifts self-determination and full-participation. We also know that communities of color are creative, resourceful and resilient, and deeply care about the environments in which they live. Given that, we believe in environmental solutions that connect to and create economic and educational opportunities so that all communities can thrive. To do this necessitates addressing past systemic injustice while creating proactive, transformational solutions for the future.
