The Seattle Office for Civil Rights (SOCR) has proposed Chapter 80, Administrative Rules for the City of Seattle’s new Jobs Assistance Ordinance. SOCR also has proposed amendments to the Administrative Rules for Chapters 40 and 46. Chapter 40 describes SOCR’s investigative process; Chapter 46 describes the appeal process.
